How We Work
We believe you should know the price before we start, and you should never pay for work you don't need. That idea shapes every part of how we operate. Here are five things you'll notice when you call us.

Honest advice first
We'll tell you if it can wait. We'll suggest the plunger before the callout. If your hot water system needs a $300 valve and not a $5,000 replacement, that's what we'll quote. We'd rather lose a callout fee than charge you for something you didn't need.

One fixed price
After we've assessed the job on site, we give you one number. That covers arriving, the assessment, parts, and the repair. No hourly rates ticking in the background. No surprise line items on the invoice. And if you decide not to go ahead after the assessment, you don't pay.

Heritage home knowledge
We're based on the peninsula because we know these houses. The pipe materials, the access constraints, the tree roots, the salt air. We don't need to figure it out on site. We already know what we're walking into.

Our labour is guaranteed for life. Something not right with the work we did? We come back and sort it. No arguments, no fine print.
